Returns & Exchanges

At Venum, we stand by the quality of our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
